What a Session Feels Like
Each session follows a familiar rhythm designed to create both structure and freedom.
Participants are guided through a sequence of reflection, creative practice, meaning-making, and connection—without pressure to perform, create polished artwork, or share more than feels comfortable.
Arrive
Slow down, become present, and notice where you are beginning.
Reflect
Use journaling and guided prompts to give thoughts and experiences somewhere to go.
Create
Engage in an accessible creative practice that supports awareness, expression, regulation, or reflection.
Make Meaning
Notice what emerged, what shifted, and what the experience may be showing you.
Connect
Share, listen, and learn alongside others in a supportive community.
Carry Forward
Leave with one small intention or practice to revisit in the weeks ahead.
Over time, this familiar rhythm becomes part of the practice—a way of slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to yourself.
The Journey Across the Series
Each session builds on the one before it, creating a developmental journey from awareness to intentional leadership.
Across six sessions, participants explore different creative practices while developing a personal collection of strategies and rituals they can return to in moments of complexity, uncertainty, and change.
By the end of the journey, participants don't simply leave with six creative activities. They leave with a growing personal practice—and a set of rituals—for returning to themselves with greater awareness, compassion, and intention.
Between Sessions
The journey continues between our live sessions.
Participants are invited to revisit the creative practices, reflect on what they are noticing, and experiment with small ways of bringing greater awareness and intention into everyday leadership.
The goal isn't to complete assignments or add more to an already full schedule. It's to begin discovering which practices help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself when you need them.
Participants can also use the shared online space to reflect, share what they are noticing, and continue learning alongside the cohort.

Ready to Begin?
If Leading From Within feels like the right next step in your leadership journey, I'd love to welcome you into the next cohort.
Together, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and cultivate practices that help you return to yourself—again and again.
Because the way we lead others is shaped by how we lead ourselves.
In the space of slowing down, new insights begin to emerge.
Each cohort is intentionally kept small to support meaningful dialogue, reflection, and connection.
