Common Questions
Do I need to be artistic?
No. This is not about being an artist or developing artistic skill. The focus is on using simple creative processes to support reflection, emotional awareness, and regulation.
What if I miss a session?
Because this is a community-based experience, we encourage you to attend all sessions. That said, we understand that things come up. If you miss a session, you’ll receive guidance on the creative practice so you can engage on your own time and return the following week.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy or clinical treatment.
Reflective Leadership Lab is a guided learning experience designed to support emotional awareness, reflection, and intentional leadership practice within a supportive professional community.
What materials do I need?
You’ll receive a detailed list after acceptance. In general, materials are simple and accessible—such as watercolor paints and paper, pens, pencils, markers, and sketch paper.
Is this suitable for my role?
This experience is for leaders who feel the impact of their work and want to respond with greater clarity and intention. If you’re navigating complexity, making decisions that affect others, and looking to reconnect with your internal compass, this space is designed for you.
