Hi there, and welcome to MicroLearning. I've been thinking about the work of Dr. Christopher Emden, a passionate educator and speaker.

Who I've been fortunate enough to see on a couple of occasions, and I've been particularly thinking about his work.

From his book, for white folk who teach in the hood.

In particular, I've been thinking about his work around cogenerative dialogues.

Conversations between teachers and their students in order to co-create plans.

That improve the classroom. If you haven't read the book, I fully recommend reading it.

If you have read it, um, always worth a revisit. Um, you never know what new learning you're going to find.
