Workshops are intentionally designed to be Inclusive and inspiring, promote active engagement, include relevant content, model effective teaching pedagogical practices and create a safe environment or exploring new ideas and strategies, and are inclusive, interactive, and inspiring. 

Participants collaborate to think critically, make meaning, and learn content relevant to their school and district goals. Time is allocated for reflection on current practices, goal setting, and planning to apply new knowledge and understanding to their own situations through shared resources and strategies for the classroom.
